Work

A product, five websites, and a lot that isn't public.

These are the ones I can show you. Most of what I do is internal tools, advice and systems nobody outside the business ever sees, so if you're weighing me up on this page alone you're looking at about half of it.

Software product2026

Withness

Software for marriage celebrants. It runs the enquiries, the chasing, the New Zealand paperwork and the money, while every email still goes out from the celebrant's own Gmail.

What I built

  • The whole product, from the data model to the marketing site
  • Enquiry capture, automated chasing, and NZ registry paperwork
  • Payments, scheduling, and Gmail send-as so nothing looks templated

The hard part

The hard constraint was invisibility. Celebrants sell intimacy, so a couple must never be able to tell software is involved. Everything sends from the celebrant's own address in their own words, and the automation stays behind the curtain.

The unlisted half

Most of it isn't public.

An hour that stops a business signing a bad three year contract does not produce a screenshot. Neither does a quoting tool six people use every day.

Advisory
Stack reviews, AI reality checks, and second opinions on other people's quotes. The highest leverage work I do and almost none of it's visible.
Internal tools
Quoting engines, scheduling systems, dashboards, admin panels. Software teams use daily that no customer will ever see.
AI workflows
Inbox triage, drafting assistants, document search, automation that hands back to a person cleanly.
Operations
Connecting accounting, CRM, calendars, payments and support, plus the tech ops that hold a business upright.
