In the gaps between providers.
A modern business has to manage a lot. Websites, email, domains, analytics, CRM, cloud tools, AI, automation, files, security, staff access, customer data, bookings, reporting, payments, vendors, subscriptions.
Most of those things affect each other. But most providers only look at their own piece. That's why businesses end up with tools that don't talk to each other, processes that rely on memory, and systems no one fully owns.
A lot of my work sits in the gaps. Where the website affects the CRM. Where the CRM affects sales. Where email setup affects delivery. Where AI might help, if the workflow's understood first.
Not more complexity. Better clarity.
