My background is split. Half of it building products, as a developer and tech leader. The other half in sales and growth, taking products to market and helping teams scale. Most consultants do one side. I do both, and that dual track is what shapes Paper Rocket.
Outside of that, occasional guitar player, naturally drawn to picking problems apart. Technology and AI are where most of my attention sits right now.

Most of the digital problems businesses pay big money to solve come down to getting basic things right. A clear brief. Products that do what they say. Operations that don’t quietly break. Decisions made for the business, not for the vendor selling the tool.
When the foundations are right, the lift is disproportionate to the effort. That’s the bet Paper Rocket is built on, and the reason most of my recommendations end up smaller than the brief, not larger.
